Al Valdez started his music career at the age of 13, fronting his own band and has since dedicated his life to music. He has been a fixture in Orange County for decades, having played at venues such as Cano’s, Nieuport 17, The Mission Inn among others. After a brief stint performing in Vegas, Al returned to Orange County to continue his love of playing and singing – today you can find him here at Bayside or at our sister restaurant Bistango in Irvine.

Jawn Star, involved in the entertainment business since 1970 is Keyboardist/Vocalist for the band PLAYER ~ "Baby Come Back" & IRON BUTTERFLY ~ "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida". He's performed for audiences worldwide including The President & Vice President of the United States, their families & Albert Einstein Jr. who called Jawn Star, "the Musical Genius".

The Ron Kobayashi Band gets the weekend started with classic Billboard hits from the 70s, 80s, 90s and 2000s! For more than 20 years, Ron has been playing festivals and clubs throughout California, Florida, Arizona and Nevada and recorded five CDs and one DVD to date.

Tracy has entertained in every major city in North America, that’s just for starters. He has four gold records and has played with world-class artists for the past 50 yrs.

A lifelong musician, Shayan is a singer and guitar player known throughout Orange County. Inspired mostly by Bob Dylan, Elvis Presley, and The Beatles to name a few, he brings the fun to any Sunday Funday!
